Installing Duo Security¶

Prerequisites

• Logpoint v7.5.0

• Universal REST API Fetcher v2.1.0

To install Duo Security:

1. Download the .pak file from the help center.

2. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.

3. Click Import.

4. Browse to the downloaded .pak file.

5. Click Upload.

Uninstalling Duo Security¶

To uninstall Duo Security, you must delete all the log sources created using its template and authentication configuration.

To delete the Log Sources:

1. Go to Settings >> Log Sources from the navigation bar.

2. Click the () icon of log source and click Delete.

To remove Duo Security authentication configuration:

1. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Plugins.

2. Find Duo Security and click Manage.

3. Disable Configure Duo Security Settings.

4. Click Save.

To uninstall Duo Security:

1. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.

2. Click the Uninstall () icon in Actions of Duo Security.
